Wow! These people made me feel like a celebrity. The staff were tripping over each other to help me out! I was ushered to the front of the queue and had my script filled immediately. One young lady in particular, with blonde hair and a big smile, helped me with my questions. She was professional and knowledgeable in all fields. What an absolute pleasure to shop there.

Not open as advertised. Went in with a script at 7pm on a Thursday and they were closing, they advised to go to the pharmacy near JCU. We had come to the shopping centre specifically for the pharmacy. Please change advertised opening hours if your not going to be open.

I went to this chemist yesterday looking for some vitamins, and I was impressed with the massive range they have. They also had lots of specials which was great. I was served by a lovely lady with tattoos named Jessica who was friendly and very helpful, she gave me lots of in-depth information and explained it well in a way I could understand. I will definitely be going back to this store. Thank you for the outstanding customer service Jessica.

If I could give more stars I would. Fantastic staff always happy and friendly. I am a "regular" as I need regular meds. The staff all know me by name and are always very attentive and look after me very well. I can not praise them highly enough!!

Opening time states 9am. That's when I got there this morning with my script. Not open. Waited at the see through concertina doors until 9.06am There were 3 or 4 staff inside pottering about and not one of them acknowledged me. Was going to knock on the door to get their attention but then I thought "no" I'll take my business elsewhere. Alive Pharmacy will get my business from now on.
