I would give Priceline Smithfield 0 stars if able, have to settle for 1. Recently went to fill 2 prescriptions, the pharmacist was dealing with another customer. We waited in line for quite a few minutes. A pharmacy assistant was arranging stock on the back shelf, didn't bother to serve us but served a lady that pushed in before us. The pharmacist meanwhile was gossiping instead of hurrying up so she could serve her next customer. We didn't wait and walked out in disgust. My advice, take your custom elsewhere, where they treat you with respect.

Eva the pharmacist is an absolute gem, she is very knowledgeable and provides a personalised service, all the staff are friendly and helpful, please never loose Eva!

I own Southern Cross Vet on Stanton Rd Smithfield and understand good pharmacists. After an initial bad experience with a locum pharmacist, I've given them another go after Eva, the manager and pharmacist in charge contacted me. Since then Priceline Smithfield has been nothing but helpful and even stayed back on a Sunday to dispense meds for one of my veterinary patients. She is respected by the staff, courteous and has the most incredible ability to multitask. In my times there I've never seen anyone wait for more than 5 minutes for a script and Eva and her team always take the time to make small talk which is welcoming :) Dr Sam

The pharmacist Eva is amazing, so helpful. Recommended skincare options, always helpful when I take my baby in with questions or concerns. Provides information and advice when ever needed.
