Just went to Amcal to pick up a script and wanted to leave a review commending Nicole on her professionalism and customer service. I unfortunately witnessed her being treated very poorly by a customer who raised their voice aggressively to her and Nicole remained calm and respectful throughout the entire interaction. Really good effort! I have faith in this chemist if people like Nicole are working there.

I have filled scripts for my child at this pharmacy for 1-2 years and my experience has always been great. Earlier this year my after my daughters hospital admission and going to collect the first fill of new medications for her, I was met with kindness and a small comment from the pharmacist “it must be really hard we hope you are okay.” This small comment actually meant a great deal during a very difficult time for our family. We are in the middle of relocating to another suburb but will continue to use the pharmacy based on the genuine kindness and helpfulness of the team here! Gift in particular does an outstanding job.
