I love this place, I couldn't find an all inclusive place for vegan foods. There is a wide variety of both dry and fresh goods. Prices are relatively expensive but justifiable. Parking is available for both inside and outside of the building. The only con is that their size of the cart is pretty small to do groceries.

I am sick of receiving their marketing. The opt out doesn't work. I've emailed twice. The chemist is understaffed and a mess. Overpriced. The huge video billboard on the side of the building dominates the entrance to Cairns, distracts drivers and causes the ugliness of the entryway to the city to be on steroids. The big marlin across the road used to be a landmark, but now it's just the greed of this building that you enter. As a health facility, they don't care about the place they are in. Vile.

Wonderful service at the Pharmacy inside the markets. I booked in for my influenza shot, for 2.45pm, arrived early, 210pm, quite happily got me through for my needle, quick, prompt, friendly staff, minimal wait, love it, early in and out, Yay
