I had to purchase some post op dressings for myself and had no idea what to look for. Sandra not only helped me with what I needed but she took such great care and pride and also gave me additional advice to care for my healing wound. Being looked after by Sandra was a very pleasant experience, and I'll be certain to seek her advice in the future.

Just went to the Alive Pharmacy in Sheridan Plaza this morning and found the staff to be amazingly helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend anyone and everyone to come to the pharmacy and receive wonderful service and to bring their business here into the future. Their type of customer service is truly something unique in this day and age.

My wife and I use this pharmacy for all our prescriptions, plus cosmetics and hair products for my wife and contact lens products for myself. Except for prescriptions they give a discount on all other products to Mount Sheridan Plaza 50+ Club members. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, including the pharmacists, but a special mention goes to a lovely lady called Sarafina, who always 'goes above and beyond the call of duty' Overall this pharmacy is highly recommended.
